They say the kangaroo is a pest. There are too many of them. They’re everywhere and they’re wrecking the countryside. In fact, to hear people talking about the ‘roo scourge, you’d think they’d be falling out of trees and leaping in front of our car in front of every bend and digging through people’s gardens in the Sydney suburbs.
We’ve been on the road nearly four months now and we’ve seen them on maybe ten occasions. And one of those was the zoo. -jp
